Thank you to everyone for tuning in to my posts. Between clinical work, training, and other adventures I do not get to post here as much as I would like. My hope in the coming months is to be able to post here a little more often, delivering tips and information on running injury prevention.

In addition to what you read here, you may know (or may not know) that you can also find me on Instagram. While this website does have it’s own handle (@running_from_injury), you can also catch me at @tri_injury_prevention. Tri Injury Prevention provides tips (get it Tri Injury Prevention = TIPs).

Yes, many of the tips are geared towards triathletes, but there many of the Tips and exercises are great for everyone. For example, both swimmers, and runners need to have good spinal mobility. Everyone needs good core strength too!

Also, coming soon for those in San Francisco, I will be offering opportunities for you (yes, you!) to work with me. Do you want an analysis of your running form and advice on how to improve it?
