In fits and starts

Well over year ago I started this website as a means of educating runners on injuries and injury prevention. Then things came up. Work got busier, I went on vacation, started training for an Ironman triathlon, lost interest, and decided that my ideas were not good enough. Then I took a continuing education course on running injury prevention, read a few books on running injuries and their prevention, and decided that all of my information was outdated and irrelevant.

Now I’m back. While I have much more information to add, I still believe this existing content is relevant and helpful. Stay tuned as I plan on adding more to this site in terms of posts, exercises, and other endurance related endeavors.
